Brokers and subhaulers enter their daily activity, which reconciles automatically against your dispatch records — Geotab®, TRUX™ or any other telematics provider. Every payable (lifts, volume, fuel, rentals, penalties) is calculated on one consistent cycle and passes a controlled approval gate before release. The Open Hauls board lets companies post available trips and hauls; opted-in brokers and subhaulers accept them directly, closing the source-to-pay loop from assignment to payment, with optional Dispatch Copilot integration.
